Method and device for controlling reclaiming flow of bucket wheel type stacker reclaimer

The invention provides a method and a device for controlling the reclaiming flow of a bucket wheel type stacker reclaimer. As the reclaiming flow of a bucket wheel type motor is positively related to a bucket wheel current value or a bucket wheel voltage value of the reclaimer, a current reclaiming flow of the reclaimer is obtained through the bucket wheel current value or the bucket wheel voltage value of the reclaimer. Furthermore, a target reclaiming flow is compared with the current reclaiming flow, and the rotating speed of a cantilever of the stacker reclaimer is adjusted through PI operation. As the reclaiming flow of the reclaimer is related to the rotating speed of the cantilever, control of the reclaiming flow can be achieved by adjusting the rotating speed of the cantilever, the reclaiming flow is maintained constant, and the working efficiency is improved.
