Roller shutter machine control system and roller shutter control method

The embodiments of the invention disclose a roller shutter machine control system and a roller shutter control method. The system comprises a master controller, a communication module, an angle sensor, a limiting protection apparatus and a driving controller. The angle sensor is arranged on the cantilever of a roller shutter for acquiring angle information of the cantilever; the communication module is used for receiving a control instruction and sending the control instruction to the master controller; the master controller is used for analyzing the angle information acquired by the angle sensor so as to determine the real-time position of a roller shutter, and sending a first operation instruction to the driving controller according to the determined real-time position in response to the control instruction; the driving controller is used for executing operation indicated by the first operation instruction and controlling folding and unfolding of the roller shutter; and the limiting protection apparatus is used for monitoring the position of the roller shutter and automatically cutting off power and giving an alarm when the roller shutter exceeds a highest position or a lowest position. Through the system and method provided by the invention, the problems of low efficiency and easy damage to equipment during manual control of the roller shutter are solved.
