Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a double-layer thermosensitive lithographic plate, which comprises a thermosensitive photosensitive layer of the top layer and a high-molecular polymer layer of the bottom layer. The specific steps for making the double-layer thermosensitive lithographic plate are shown as follows: A3, diluting high-molecular polymer solution of the bottom layer and coating the surface of a hydrophilic aluminum plate base, electrolytically anodized, with the high-molecular polymer solution; B3, drying the hydrophilic aluminum plate base coated with the high-molecular polymer solution in a temperature environment of 130 DEG C for 3 minutes to form the high-molecular polymer layer of the bottom layer; C3, dissolving the material of the thermosensitive photosensitive layer of the top layer in alcohol solvent to form thermosensitive photosensitive solvent; D3, coating the high-molecular polymer layer with thermosensitive photosensitive solution, and then, putting and drying the high-molecular polymer layer in an environment of 110 DEG C for 5 minutes. The double-layer thermosensitive lithographic plate provided by the invention is simple and reasonable in structure, convenient in production, higher in flexibility and artistry, can be welcomed by wide consumers, and is capable of better promoting enterprises and industries to develop and grow stronger. |
