Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a portable electronic device and an integrated panel thereof. The portable electronic device is provided with a main display zone and a virtual key zone, and the virtual key zone is located at the bottom end of the portable electronic device. The integrated panel comprises a main panel and an electronic paper panel which is arranged at the bottom end of the main panel. The main panel is arranged in the main display zone, and the electronic paper panel is arranged in the virtual key zone. The electronic paper panel and the main panel are both arranged on the front surface of the portable electronic device. The electronic paper panel is thin, light and power-saving, so that the portable electronic device can achieve a key function in the virtual key zone and can achieve other diversity display functions.
