Sludge settling ratio observation device and observation method using same

The invention relates to the technical field of sewage treatment, in particular to a sludge settling ratio observation device. The sludge settling ratio observation device comprises a box body, a measuring cylinder, a liquid outlet pipe and a liquid inlet pipe. The box body comprises a first box body and a second box body. The measuring cylinder is arranged on the first box body. An infrared sensor and a camera are arranged at the position, corresponding to the measuring cylinder, of the first box body. The liquid inlet pipe is connected with the bottom of the measuring cylinder. The liquid outlet pipe is connected with the bottom of the measuring cylinder. Mixed liquid enters the sludge settling ratio observation device through the liquid inlet pipe, and flows out through the liquid outlet pipe after the camera is used for observing the measuring cylinder. Manual operation is replaced, automatic detection is achieved, and the sludge settling ratio observation device has the advantages of being simple in structure, high in efficiency and small in error.
