Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a thrust needle bearing vibration acceleration measuring instrument, which comprises a rack, an axial loading device, a motor block, locking bolts, an industrial control computer, a measuring amplifier, a handwheel, an oil bottle, a sensor, supporting feet, a motor and a liquid dynamic pressure main shaft, wherein the liquid dynamic pressure main shaft is driven by the motor; a to-be-measured bearing is arranged on a load disc; the bearing and a core shaft are pressed tight via an axial pneumatic spring loading device; the sensor is located above the load disc, fixed on a flat plate of the axial loading device, and connected with the measuring amplifier; electric signals collected by the sensor are subjected to amplification and low-pass filtering, and the signals are sent to the industrial control computer via a data acquisition card; and vibration acceleration effective values in a low frequency band, a middle frequency band and a high frequency band are calculated through a LabVIEW software program in the industrial control computer, and the effective values are displayed. The rotation speed and the load are adjustable, and the measuring instrument can be used for measuring vibration accelerations of multiple models of thrust needle bearings. |
