Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a basket type X-ray machine for measuring a cutting height of a waste lead-acid storage battery. The basket type X-ray machine mainly comprises a roller conveyer, a lead plate housing, a lead curtain, a linear array detector, a basket lifting device and an X-ray source, wherein a U-shaped frame stopper of the basket lifting device protrudes out of the roller surface of the roller conveyer by set height; when the waste lead-acid storage battery is stopped on a U-shaped frame by the stopper, a lower basket frame is triggered to rise up to jack up the waste lead-acid storage battery so that the X-ray source performs transverse linear array scanning on the waste lead-acid storage battery; after scanning, the upper end face of the U-shaped frame falls to be under the roller surface of the roller conveyer, so that the waste lead-acid storage battery on the roller surface can penetrate through the lead plate housing to enter the subsequent treatment line. According to the basket type X-ray machine, an accurate cutting height can be achieved, and the cutting efficiency can be improved. The lead-acid storage batteries of different specifications can be all scanned by a case after entering the device, so that the measurement work on the cutting heights can be completed, and effective data can be provided for the next cutting step.
