The invention relate to a connecting piece, metal sheets and a metal sheet connecting assembly. The metal sheet connecting assembly comprises a first metal sheet, a second metal sheet and the connecting piece. The first metal sheet and the second metal sheet respectively comprise a first connecting side and a second connecting side which are vertically arranged in a left-right extending mode. The first connecting side and the second connecting side are respectively provided with a first pot belly groove and a second pot belly groove which extend in the left-right direction and penetrate the thicknesses of the first connecting side and the second connecting side respectively. The first pot belly groove comprises a first notch and a first pot belly cavity. The second pot belly groove comprises a second notch and a second pot belly cavity. The connecting piece comprises a middle part, a first block stop part and a second block stop part. The middle part is used for entering the first notch and the second notch from bottom to top. The first block stop part and the second block stop part are arranged at the two ends of the connecting piece. The middle part and/or the first block stop part and the second block stop part are respectively provided with a left convex part and a right convex part which are blocked in the first pot belly cavity and the second pot belly cavity in a clamped mode in the left-right direction. The first pot belly groove and the second pot belly groove are provided with the first pot belly cavity and the second pot belly cavity respectively. The metal sheet connecting assembly further comprises an outer fastener. The metal sheet connecting assembly is convenient and reliable in connection, and the efficiency of metal sheet connection is improved.
