Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a short-process molten salt cyanide-free gold extraction method for cyanidation tailings. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, performing a drying treatment on the cyanidation tailings to produce dry ores and a flue gas; venting the flue gas after dust collection, and drying the collected dust with the dry ores; feeding the mixed dry ores into an electric furnace for molten chlorination therein, thereby producing smelting slag and a gold-containing flue gas; performing thickening and filtering treatments on the gold-containing flue gas after multiple-stage washing, thereby obtaining a gold mud and a filtrate; performing primary lime neutralization on the filtrate to obtain gypsum and secondary lime neutralization to obtain copper-lead-zinc slag, and subsequently carrying out an evaporative crystallization treatment and then recovering calcium chloride that is returned to the electric furnace for utilization; and finally, performing a chlorinating gold separation-oxalic acid reduction treatment to obtain a coarse gold product, performing an ammonia water silver separation-hydrazine hydrate reduction treatment to obtain a coarse gold product, and returning the filtrate left after the gold and the silver are recovered to flue gas washing. The method is simple in process, high in material adaptability, low in flow gas amount, clean and efficient, low in agent consumption, low in cost, low in investment, and high in gold and silver recovery. |
