Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for measuring the burden surface profile of a blast furnace, and belongs to the field of measurement of blast furnaces. The method solves the problems that when the burden surface profile of the blast furnace is measured, a conventional visual measurement method is low in precision, and a conventional laser measurement method is high in cost. The method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps: preparing measuring tools; mounting a measuring device; adjusting the measuring device to be at different positions, and measuring and recording points of the positions relative to a fixed point of the blast furnace; obtaining distance through the recorded points; and combining the obtained distance with parameters of the blast furnace so as to calculate out the depth of a central funnel of the blast furnace and the width of a burden surface platform of the blast furnace. Through the adoption of the method disclosed by the invention, the burden surface of the blast furnace can be measured at a low cost, and the measurement data is accurate, so that the method plays a powerful guiding role in blast furnace filling.
