The invention discloses a cementing material for a color pavement and a preparing method thereof. The cementing material is formed by a component A and a component B. The component A comprises an adhesive, a thixotropic agent, talcum powder, quartz powder, a light stabilizer and pigment. The component B comprises a first curing agent, a second curing agent, talcum powder and quartz powder. The preparing method for the cementing material comprises the steps that all the ingredients of the component A are prepared well according to the proportion, mixed and stirred uniformly in the same container, and sealed and packaged into barrels; all the ingredients of the component B are prepared well according to the proportion, mixed and stirred uniformly in the same container, and sealed and packaged into barrels; the prepared component A and the prepared component B are placed into the same container at the room temperature, the pigment weighed well is added into the mixture, and the mixture is stirred uniformly to obtain the cementing material for the color pavement. The cementing material for the color pavement is simple in preparing method, good in flexibility, and high in bonding ability and aging-resistant ability, and has good durability.
