Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses anti-cavitation anti-corrosion ceramic reinforced epoxy resin paint for flow passage components and a preparation method of the paint. The paint is composed of a component A and a component B. The component A is prepared from E51 epoxy resin, Novolac epoxy resin, a butyl glycidyl ether diluent, alpha-crystal-form aluminum oxide ceramic powder with the particle size being 0.2-4.0 microns, organic silicone defoaming agents and gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane. The component B is prepared from 650 polyamide resin, a diluent and a DMP-30 accelerant. The paint can be widely used for flow passage components of water pumps, water turbines, hydraulic metal structures and the like. Coating binding force is high, anti-cavitation performance and abrasion resistance are excellent, corrosion resistance is achieved, and flexibility is good. The preparation method is simple in process and convenient to operate, special devices are not needed, and the price is low. |
