Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a preparation method of hollow pigment for coating. The method is characterized by including the steps of preparing seed emulsion, preparing a nuclear layer with the seed emulsion as the template, wrapping a shell layer on the surface of the nuclear layer to obtain core-shell emulsion, increasing the temperature to 85 DEG C, adjusting pH to 9 through a 20% NaOH water solution, keeping the temperature for 1 h, and obtaining the hollow pigment for coating.
