Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for obtaining natural glycolipids through subcritical extraction. According to the method, defatted rice bran is placed in a material basket of an extraction tank, a pressure pump is started to convey water to a preheater for rapid heating, and when the temperature reaches a set value, hot water is conveyed to the extraction tank at certain flow velocity until the extraction tank is filled with water; extraction is started when materials in the extraction tank are at set pressure and temperature, an extracting solution flows from the bottom of the extraction tank after extraction is performed for a certain period of time and flows into a cooler for cooling, the extracting solution is cooled to the normal temperature, concentrated and separated by a silica gel column, and the glycolipids are obtained. Compared with a conventional organic solvent extraction, the method avoids use of a volatile organic solvent, air pollution is reduced, and active products of extracts are preserved without damage or oxidation; the method has the characteristics of time saving, high efficiency, high resource utilization degree, high product quality and the like.
