Preparation method of recycled aggregate oriented micro-steel fiber concrete plate

The invention relates to a preparation method of a recycled aggregate oriented micro-steel fiber concrete plate, belonging to the field of concrete preparation. The method comprises the steps of picking out aggregate particles meeting requirements after breaking waste concrete and natural river sand serving as raw materials, wrapping slurry on the aggregate particles by using Portland cement, water glass and the like, and modifying; then, mixing and stirring modified aggregates, coal ash and other matrixes; adding short steel fibers, arranging steel fibers in an oriented way under the action of a uniform magnetic field; and injecting the steel fibers into a mould, naturally airing, and then, demolding to obtain the recycled aggregate oriented micro-steel fiber concrete plate. The steel fibers in the concrete plate prepared by using the preparation method are regularly distributed in an oriented way, so that the utilization rate of the fibers is high, and the pressure-resistant and tension-resistant effects of the plate are excellent; and in addition, the preparation process is simple and the cost is low.
