New-energy hydraulic direct-drive monorail crane locomotive

The invention discloses a new-energy hydraulic direct-drive monorail crane locomotive which comprises cabs, an electric control system, a power system and a plurality of pull rods and further comprises a hydraulic system. The two cabs are arranged at the two ends of a monorail crane respectively and are suspended below a hanging bracket through dampers, and a bearing wheel and a guide wheel on the hanging bracket are suspended on a monorail at the top of a roadway. The electric control system is composed of an explosion-proof battery box, an electric control box, a motor and a sensor, all of which are connected through a CAN bus. The power system provides a power source through a lithium iron phosphate battery. The pull rods are used for connection of the cabs and other devices. The hydraulic system is mainly composed of a hydraulic pump station, a reversing valve and drive parts. The lithium iron phosphate battery is used as the power source for drive to provide power to drive the motor and a hydraulic pump, the monorail crane is finally driven by a hydraulic motor directly, the problems of insufficient power and small cruising ability of a traditional storage batter monorail crane are solved, and good control performance is achieved.
