Remote managing method and system of elevator spare parts

The invention relates to a remote managing method and system for elevator spare parts. The method comprises the steps that an elevator master controller collects detecting information of elevator subsystems; the detection information is sent to a remote tech support center server through a preset remote monitoring module; and the remote tech support center server judges whether the elevator fault that the spare parts need to be replaced happens or not according to the detecting information, and if yes, the prompting information about replacement of the spare parts is output. By means of the remote managing method and system, the running situation of the elevator subsystems can be effectively obtained, and the applying and delivering of the spare parts can be achieved in advance conveniently.
