A discharge pipe of the under-pressure device is further communicated with a discharge pipe of the powder storage tank through a feeding adjusting pipe. A feeding adjusting pipe is communicated with the storage tank weighing device. The powder trace adding device for the under-pressure device has the function of pumping solid and target gas mixtures and is particularly suitable for the technology of pumping powder into the under-pressure device internally provided with pressure.
