The invention discloses a bodywork coating production line and a conveying system thereof. The conveying system comprises a sledge body, a sling and locking mechanisms. Each locking mechanism comprises a sliding block fixedly connected to the sling, a locking hook rotationally installed on the sliding block through a fixing pin and a clamping column fixedly connected to the sledge body, wherein a clamping groove is formed in the sliding block, and the clamping column is clamped into the clamping groove. The sliding blocks get close to or away from the sledge body in the vertical direction, when the sliding blocks and the sledge body are located at the near limiting position, hook bodies of the locking hooks withstand openings of the clamping grooves, and when the sliding blocks and the sledge body are located at the far limiting position, the hook bodies of the locking hooks get away from the openings of the clamping grooves. In this way, the sling and the sledge body of the conveying system can be automatically locked and unlocked, workpiece feeding and discharging efficiency of the conveying system is improved, labor intensity is relieved, the working process is simplified, and labor cost is saved.
