Extrusion device

The invention discloses an extrusion device. The extrusion device comprises a rack, a blocking assembly installed at the front end of the rack and used for preventing a product to be extruded from moving forward, a lifting assembly installed on the rack and located behind the blocking assembly, and an extrusion assembly installed at the rear end of the rack. The lifting assembly comprises a lifting air cylinder, a lifting rack driven by the lifting air cylinder to move up and down, a first fixing plate installed on one side of the lifting rack, and a plurality of first clamping plates fixed to the first fixing plate. The extrusion assembly comprises an extrusion installing plate and an extrusion air cylinder installed on the extrusion installing plate. An output shaft of the extrusion air cylinder penetrates the extrusion installing plate to fix a backward push fixing plate, and a plurality of backward push clamping plates are fixed to the upper end of the backward push fixing plate. The manner of two-side fixing and two-side movable clamping is adopted, and when the product to be extruded is extruded, the product to be extruded can be well positioned and extruded. In addition, the extrusion device can be suitable for to-be-extruded products of different length specifications through an adjusting air cylinder.
