The plastic base material comprises a polymer supporting layer; and a polymer molding layer adhered to the surface of the polymer supporting layer, the polymer molding layer is locally deleted to expose the polymer supporting layer, and the surface of the exposed polymer supporting layer is provided with a projecting picture and test to form a perspective window with concave and convex hand feeling. The perspective window which cannot form the concave and convex hand feeling can be copied or printed on a plastic film, so the plastic base material has high anti-counterfeit ability.
