The drilling machine comprises an assembly base, a V-shaped workpiece support block, a balancing weight, a workpiece pressing plate, a limiting screw rod, a vertical plate and a vertical driller with a drill, wherein the vertical plate, the V-shaped workpiece support block and the balancing weight are sequentially arranged on the assembly base from front to back; a gap is reserved between the V-shaped workpiece supporting block and the balancing weight; the workpiece pressing plate is fixedly arranged right above the V-shaped workpiece supporting block through screws, so that a space for accommodating a cylindrical part is formed between the workpiece pressing plate and the V-shaped workpiece supporting block; the limiting screw rod is fixedly arranged on the vertical plate through nuts; the drill is arranged right above a position between the workpiece pressing plate and the balancing weight; a workpiece avoidance slot is additionally formed in the balancing weight; and a chip removing slot is additionally formed in the top part of the assembly base. The drilling machine is simple in structure, ingenious in design and convenient and rapid for clamping and positioning; the horizontal hole dimension and geometric tolerance of a machined product are ensured; the product quality is improved; and requirement on horizontal hole machining of cylindrical parts with different specifications can be met.
