Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a spray forming protection system and a spray forming system of an aluminum lithium alloy and a preparation method. An intermediate alloy smelting furnace, a matrix alloy smelting furnace and an atomizing spray gun of the spray forming system are communicated through pipes; the smelting furnaces are connected with a vacuum pump, are both vacuumized before the feeding of active metal elements, and are filled with protective gas and inert gas; after the three are communicated, no air is remained in the system; the active metal elements flow from one device to another device, and are all protected by the inert gas; and melts flow from one device to another device through the pressure of the inert gas without using a manual method, so that the oxidization of the active metal elements is prevented. The spray forming protection system adopts an all-closed smelting system and a conveying system of the melts under the protection of the inert gas; the alloy melts are not contacted with the air or vapor from smelting to atomization to final deposition; and finally, large ingots are formed in a deposition chamber. |
