The invention discloses a drawbench cooling device with the rust preventing and incrustation removing functions. A drawbench comprises a coiling block and a cooling ring. The cooling ring is sleeved with the coiling block. An annular sealing cavity is formed by the coiling block and the cooling ring. The cooling device is arranged in the cooling ring. The cooling device comprises a water inlet pipe, a hollow shaft, a first communication block, a second communication block and a switchover mechanism. One end of the first communication block is communicated with the upper portion of the annular sealing cavity through a first connecting pipe, and the other end of the first communication block is communicated with the hollow shaft through a second connecting pipe. One end of the second communication block is communicated with the lower portion of the sealing cavity through a third connecting pipe, and the other end of the second communication block is communicated with the hollow shaft through a fourth connecting pipe. The water inlet pipe comprises a first water inlet and a second water inlet which are different in height, and a Teflon coating layer is arranged on the whole inner surface of the annular sealing cavity. The problems of incrustation and rusting of the cooling device are solved, and the drawbench cooling device is good in using effect and high in practicability.
