Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a spiral blade type mill. The spiral blade type mill comprises a variable frequency motor, a planetary reducer, a drum tooth coupling, a spiral shaft, a cylinder, a grid lining plate, an access door and a spiral lining plate, wherein the variable frequency motor is connected with the planetary reducer through a connecting flange of the variable frequency motor; the planetary reducer is connected with the drum tooth coupling, and drives the spiral shaft to operate through the drum tooth coupling; wear-resistant rubber is arranged on the surface of the spiral shaft; the spiral lining plate is fixed on the spiral shaft through a bolt; the grid lining plate is arranged in the cylinder; the cylinder is filled with a grinding medium to form a self wear resisting layer; wear-resistant rubber is arranged on the surface, making contact with pulp, of the cylinder; and the access door is fixed with the cylinder through a bolt. The spiral blade type mill is high in material hoisting capacity and high in grinding efficiency, effectively prolongs the service life of the cylinder and the lining plates, can be started in a load or full load manner, and is low in whole energy consumption, low in noise, low in manufacturing cost, easy and convenient to install, low in civil engineering cost, convenient to maintain and applicable to the technical fields of mines, metallurgy and chemical engineering.
