Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a self-screening rod stirring mill. The self-screening rod stirring mill comprises a motor, a planetary reducer, a drum tooth coupling, a main shaft, a stirring rod, an overflow screen, a ceramic lining plate and a cylinder, wherein the motor is connected with the planetary reducer through a flange; the planetary reducer and the main shaft are connected by the drum tooth coupling; the stirring rod is fixed on the main shaft; wear-resistant rubber is arranged on the stirring rod; the ceramic lining plate is mounted in the cylinder; the overflow screen is mounted at the upper part in the cylinder; along with the rotation of the main shaft with the stirring rod, under the comprehensive effect of centrifugal force and buoyancy, an internal material and a grinding medium make a vertical reciprocating motion to form different linear speed differences along the stirring rod; and the material and the grinding medium with different speeds are mutually rubbed, collided and shorn to form a powder milling process having a stripping effect. The self-screening rod stirring mill is high in material grinding efficiency, simple in whole structure, low in energy consumption, low in noise, short in mounting period, low in civil engineering cost, convenient to install and maintain and applicable to the technical fields of mines, metallurgy and chemical engineering.
