Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-reliability mixed solution conveying, measuring and controlling apparatus for ship diesel engine exhaust gas desulphurization, and belongs to the field of atmosphere pollution control and ship exhaust gas discharge control. A system comprises a washing kettle, a neutralization processor, a water sump, an alkali solution tank, a solid-solution separator, a saturated solution tank, a solid material discharge cabin, and the treatment mixed solution conveying, measuring and conveying apparatus. Ship diesel engine exhaust gas enters the washing kettle, and is fully mixed and contacts with a spray desulphurization alkaline aqueous solution, and neutralization treatment is carried out to dissolve and absorb oxysulfides in the aqueous solution in order to form sulfate. Other particles in the exhaust gas are adhered and mixed by the aqueous solution, and then separation, treatment and recovery are carried out. All parts of the mixed solution conveying, measuring and controlling apparatus in the ship diesel engine exhaust gas desulphurization system are serially combined on the basis of reliability theories and methods, so the fault probability of the mixed solution conveying, measuring and controlling apparatus is reduced, the running reliability of an exhaust gas desulphurization apparatus is greatly improved, and ship diesel engine exhaust gas desulphurization requirements are met. |
