The composition is prepared by the following technological processes: sterilizing, drying, crushing and blending the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-150 parts of ginseng, 6-16 parts of puerarin, 2-12 parts of wolfberry fruits, 2-12 parts of tricholoma matsutake, 2-12 parts of semen cassia, 2-12 parts of blueberry and the like; adding the following auxiliary materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of edible starch, 16-26 parts of dextrin, 6-16 parts of xylitol, 4-14 parts of povidone K30 and the like; and mixing the auxiliary materials evenly, and pelletizing, tabletting, airing, sorting and packaging the mixture. According to the composition, absorption and decomposition of the alcohol in a body can be promoted; and the functions of dispelling the effects of alcohol and preventing the hangover by an alcohol eater are facilitated.
