Zusammenfassung:	This invention relates to culture media and processes for producing probiotic microorganisms for abalone using a novel bioprocess technology. Commercially viable bioprocesses for the production of abalone probiotics do not currently exist. This invention facilitates the bioproduction of abalone probiotics from a small volume cryo-culture of Vibrio midae a bacterial probiotic, or Debaryomyces hansenii a yeast probiotic or a combination thereof into probiotic products. The invention describes the inoculum procedures, the fermentation processes, harvesting of the biomass and formulation of the biomass into liquid or dry products which can be incorporated into abalone feed.
