Zusammenfassung:	This vehicle wiper device is provided with a wiper arm, a drive source, a drive shaft that is rotated by the drive source, and a wiper arm biasing member. The wiper arm biasing member includes a swinging member, a tilting member, a rod member, and a compression spring. The tilting member has a wiper securing part and a pulling part. The rod member has a base end that is supported by the pulling part. A first end of the compression spring is supported by the swinging member, and a second end applies biasing force to the distal end of the rod member. The compression spring operates so as to pull the pulling part in order to bias the distal end of the wiper arm toward a surface to be wiped.
