Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a polymer solar cell cathode modification material and a cell cathode modification method, and belongs to the technical field of polymer solar cells. The polymer solar cell has a layered structure and comprises a substrate, a transparent conductive metal oxide electrode layer, a photoelectric active layer, a cathode modification layer and a low-work-function cathode layer which are laminated in turn. The cathode modification layer is tantalum tetraethoxide pentanedionate. The solution of tantalum tetraethoxide pentanedionate is spin-coated on the photoelectric active layer so that the cathode modification layer is obtained. A thin-film prepared by the tantalum tetraethoxide pentanedionate solution is used for preparing the cathode modification layer of the polymer solar cell firstly so that high-efficiency collection of electrons is realized; besides, compared with titanium dioxide prepared by the existing sol-gel method and LiF prepared through vacuum evaporation, the polymer solar cell cathode modification material also has characteristics of being high in photoelectric conversion efficiency, simple in technology, low in cost and great in experiment repeatability and is suitable for large-scale industrial production. |
