The method is characterized by including the following steps that SS1, primary windings wound around an annular iron core are evenly arranged; SS2, secondary windings wound around the annular iron core are divided into two blocks, each auxiliary winding block is shrunk into a narrow band, the two auxiliary winding blocks are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the annular iron core, and coils of the two secondary winding blocks are connected in series to be output; SS3, when an outer shell carries out packaging, the center lines of the auxiliary windings are aligned with the diagonal lines of the outer shell, and packaging is carried out at a 45-degree angle.
