Repairing method for surface checking of dry type transformer winding

The invention discloses a repairing method for surface checking of a dry type transformer winding. The method comprises the following steps of 1) removing epoxy resin in a checking area to form a polishing area; 2) repairing the polishing area by using electrical epoxy repair putty so as to form a repairing area; 3) after the electrical epoxy repair putty is solidified, polishing the repairing area so that the surface of the whole winding is smooth and flat; and 4) carrying out integral paint spraying on the winding surface. By using the repairing method provided by the invention, an electrolytic corrosion area can be repaired conveniently, so that the spreading of the electrolytic corrosion area on the surface of the dry type transformer high-voltage winding can be effectively controlled, the hidden danger of the transformer can be eliminated and the safety of the equipment can be improved.
