Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of electronic components, in particular to a novel voltage-withstanding overcurrent self-recovery protector small in size, and the voltage-withstanding capacity can reach 600 V. The voltage-withstanding overcurrent self-recovery protector is composed of a core material arranged between two metal membranes, the metal membranes are provided with leading-out electrodes, and the outer layers of the metal membranes are enveloped with insulating and sealing materials. The core material is prepared from, by weight, high density polyethylene (HDPE), a conducting material, antioxidant 1010 namely pentaerythrite tetrakis [Beta-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-propionate] and fire retardant prepared from magnesium hydrate, wherein the molecular formula of the antioxidant 1010 is C73H108O12. An information thermistor with high voltage-withstanding performance can be provided and has the fast jump performance, and the invention further provides a complete technological process from the core material as a kernel material to thermistor production. |
