The invention discloses a bus positioning system and device, a mobile communication terminal and a cloud-end data center. The bus positioning system which shares positioning information in real time comprises the mobile communication terminal and the cloud-end data center, wherein the mobile communication terminal makes information interaction with a charging card machine, which can provide self information, of a bus to obtain real-time position information of the bus; and the cloud-end data center communicates with the mobile communication terminal to process the real-time position information, provided by the mobile communication terminal, of the bus, and stores the processed real-time position information to a database, so that the real-time position information of the bus is updated in real time. The real-time position information comprises the self information of the bus, positioning information of the mobile communication terminal and current time information, and the self information comprises information of the bus number and the current route information. Thus, the real-time position information of the bus can be timely accurately obtained and inquired.
