Touch display equipment and manufacturing method thereof

The invention provides touch display equipment which comprises an outer frame assembly, a touch unit and a display unit. The outer frame assembly comprises a surrounding-shaped side frame plate. The touch unit is used for generating a touch induction signal and comprises a main body and a light absorbing layer; the main body is arranged on the outer frame assembly and provided with a top surface, a bottom surface and a side wall surface connecting the top surface with the bottom surface, and the position of the side wall surface corresponds to and is spaced with the side frame plate of the outer frame assembly; the light absorbing layer has the low light reflection, is arranged on the side wall surface of the main body and extends to the outer edge of the top surface and the outer edge of the bottom surface. The display unit is used for generating image pictures and is arranged in the outer frame assembly, and the position of the display unit corresponds to the bottom surface of the main body of the touch unit. The light absorbing layer can prevent light rays generated by the display unit from penetrating through a gap between the outer frame assembly and the touch unit to be out, and therefore the light leakage problem is prevented from occurring.
