The method comprises the steps that (1), to-be-tested red grapes in a whole case are numbered and placed on a conveyor belt; (2), the red grapes in the whole case are sent into a sealed box for image acquisition, and at the same time, a near fared image and a color image are obtained; (3) the near fared image and the color image are processed; the images are read; the images are pre-processed; the images are fused; edges are extracted; grape fruit images are cut; small areas are removed; ellipses are fitted; parameters are extracted; the ellipses are screened; a grading model is built and tested. According to the machine vision based whole case red grape fruit size grading device and method, the whole case of red grapes can be graded automatically; the grading standards are uniform, and the grading accuracy is high; the image processing technology is used, so that nondestructive testing is realized, and the testing speed is high; size nondestructive testing is realized on group objects by the aid of the machine vision technology, and the device and the method have a wide application prospect. |
