Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an excavator energy consumption test system. Material placing platforms at a plurality of angles are simulated; height differences are arranged respectively between an excavator placing platform and an excavated material stacking platform and between the excavator placing platform and each material placing platform; a difference value between a flow metered by a first flowmeter and a flow metered by a second flowmeter is used for determining instantaneous fuel consumption; a timer is used for measuring a time range; a fuel consumption value of an actual working process of an excavator can be obtained by repetitively testing an excavation process; the consistency of tests of multiple times is guaranteed and the testing reliability and the operation repeatability are improved. Moreover, a mapping relation between the instantaneous fuel consumption and time is established through a first processor and the total fuel consumption in the metering time is obtained; a mapping relation between the excavated weight weighed by a placing and weighing device and the total fuel consumption is established through a second processor to provide a data basis for statistical analysis of fuel consumption in the future.
