Electromagnetic wire intelligent laser automatic diameter measurement control system

The invention discloses an electromagnetic wire intelligent laser automatic diameter measurement control system which comprises a wire diameter routing inspection measuring device and a controller, wherein the wire diameter routing inspection measuring device enables the controller to control operation of a horizontal movement servo motor and a longitudinal movement servo motor, so that an upper wire hooking wheel and a lower wire hooking wheel hook an electromagnetic wire to enter the light beam of a laser diameter measuring instrument so as to measure the diameter of the electromagnetic wire; after the measurement is completed, the controller controls the longitudinal movement servo motor and the horizontal movement servo motor to return back and shifts to the measuring process of the next electromagnetic wire. According to the invention, the manual diameter measurement manner during the original electromagnetic wire production is changed into the full-automatic diameter measurement manner to increase the degree of automation. During the measurement process, if the measured wire diameter exceeds the standard, automatic alarm prompt is carried out to record data, automatically revise the data and improve the production quality of the electromagnetic wire; in addition, the measured data is recorded in a list to improve the data traceability.
