The device comprises a stander, a weighing and conveying belt, a charging barrel and a speed-adjustable poking mechanism, wherein the weighing and conveying belt is arranged on the stander, and a weighing electronic sensor is arranged on the weighing and conveying belt; the charging barrel is positioned above the weighing and conveying belt, a screen is arranged in the charging barrel, and the firework explosives are positioned on the screen; the speed-adjustable poking mechanism comprises a power device, a transmission shaft and a poking sheet; the power device drives the transmission shaft to enable the poking sheet to poke on the screen, so that the firework explosives drop to the weighing and conveying belt via the screen; the power device adjusts the output power according to data of the weighing electronic sensor. According to the device disclosed by the invention, materials can be automatically weighted and fed via the speed-adjustable poking mechanism, and the device disclosed by the invention is free of artificial operation, accurate to weigh, safe and controllable.
