The invention provides a decoration ring which is arranged on a humidifier. The decoration ring is assembled between the humidifier base and a water tank. The decoration ring comprises an upper raised part, a lower raised part and an annular decoration art, wherein the upper raised part and the lower raised part extend upwards and downwards from the decoration art; a groove matched with the lower raised part of the decoration ring is formed in the opening of the base; a groove matched with the upper raised part of the decoration ring is formed in the water tank. The invention also provides the humidifier with the decoration ring. The humidifier with the decoration ring, provided by the invention, can be used for achieving whole annular decoration, is relatively firm and is capable of preventing deformation of the decoration ring further. Furthermore, the decoration ring can be detachable, the cleaning and the replacing are convenient, technical effects are relatively stable, and the whole appearance of the humidifier is relatively attractive.
