Valve rocker arm assembly and engine same

The invention discloses a valve rocker arm assembly. The valve rocker arm assembly comprises a rocker arm support and rocker arms, wherein the rocker arms are supported on the rocker arm support and form a cooperation pair for enabling the rocker arms to swing relative to the rocker arm support; the rocker arms are horizontally limited relative to the rocker arm support. According to the valve rocker arm assembly provided by the invention, the rocker arms are in direct contact with the rocker arm support, are supported on the rocker arm support, and are rotatably connected with the rocker arm support without rocker arm shafts, so that the assembly process of an engine is greatly simplified, and the number of parts of the valve rocker arm assembly of the engine is decreased; on the other hand, the rocker arms are horizontally limited relative to the rocker arm support, so that the rocker arms are guaranteed to swing in the planes of a valve and a valve push rod all the time, and abrasion of valve parts such as the valve push rod is avoided during the working process of the rocker arms.
