The automation control of the finger board can be realized through software programming by a drilling machine adopting the automatic locking pallet device provided by the invention; the opening/closing state of the pallet can be displayed on an operating display of a driller room; operating personnel can perform remote operation in the driller room to control the pallet to be opened/closed, so that the danger of overhead working of the operating personnel is lowered.
