The device comprises two conveying chains (10) which are arranged on racks (11) and move synchronously and circularly, wherein each conveying chain (10) comprises two chains (1) with attached plates; a plurality of cross beams (2) for bearing vehicle tyres are installed between the two chains (1) with attached plates at intervals of certain space; the chains (1) with attached plates are divided into upper bearing parts and lower non-bearing parts; sliding guide rails (5) used for supporting the bearing parts and arranged on the racks (11) in a sliding manner are arranged below the bearing parts; and sliding supporting plates (6) matched with the cross beams and arranged on the racks (11) are arranged below the non-bearing parts. When the device works, the power on lifting transverse moving devices of parking equipment is transmitted to the two conveying chains by a power transmission gear and then drives the conveying chains to move circularly to convey vehicles into parking places.
