Multiplex PCR specific primer pairs and method for identifying American ginseng

The invention discloses multiplex PCR specific primer pairs and method for identifying American ginseng. The multiplex PCR specific primer pairs include the first primer pair and the second primer pair. The sequences of the first primer pair are shown as SEQ ID NO.1 and SEQ ID NO.2. The sequences of the second primer pair are shown as SEQ ID NO.3 and SEQ ID NO.4. PCR amplification is conducted on the total DNA of a sample to be tested, agarose gel electrophoresis detection is conducted on amplified products, and the sample to be tested can be judged as a sample of American ginseng if two specific band types of 400 bp and 150 bp can be obtained. When American ginseng is identified through the method, the sample can be identified only through simple DNA extraction, PCR specificity amplification and electrophoresis detection.
