Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for measuring the laccase activity of soil. The method comprises the following steps that 1, sterile 0.9% NaCl is utilized for digesting a fresh soil sample; 2, 2,2'-nitrogen linked bis ammonium salt (ABTS) is adopted as a substrate on a 96-well microtiter plate, and the working concentration of the substrate ranges from 20 mM to 30 mM; 3, on the aspect of light absorption value measuring time, the light absorption value is measured once every 5-10 minutes, and within the time frame of 1-5 hours, the light absorption value is measured once every 20-30 minutes; 4, a first-order kinetic equation is utilized, a laccase product generating process is matched, the light absorption value generated when production of laccase products is maximum is determined, and the corresponding average synthesis time of the maximum production is generated; 5, the laccase activity is calculated. According to the method, subjective conjecturing of selecting an initial concentration time frame during laccase activity calculation by a traditional linear equation is eliminated, and the defect that the maximum product production is hard to determine is overcome. The method is beneficial to unification and standardization of the method for measuring the laccase activity of soil.
