Oil well solid anti-scaling corrosion inhibitor and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to an oil well solid anti-scaling corrosion inhibitor and a preparation method thereof. The oil well solid anti-scaling corrosion inhibitor is synthesized by adopting the following raw materials by weight percent: 20 to 50 percent of anti-scaling corrosion inhibitor; 5 to 40 percent of anti-scaling corrosion inhibitor slow-release material; 2 to 25 percent of weighting agent and 20 to 40 percent of cured matrix. The preparation method comprises the following steps: first uniformly stirring the anti-scaling corrosion inhibitor and the slow-release material to obtain a slow-release anti-scaling corrosion inhibitor, then dispersing the slow-release anti-scaling corrosion inhibitor and the weighting agent in the cured matrix of a hydrophilic skeleton according to a given ratio, and finally pouring into a mold, and cooling and molding to obtain a solid cylindrical finished product. The solid corrosion inhibitor is simple to operate, convenient to construct, high in corrosion inhibition rate, long in corrosion inhibition period, capable of greatly prolonging the service life of oil well equipment and high in social and economic benefit.
