Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a PEEK valve plate composite material having high size stability and excellent abrasion resistance and a preparation method thereof. The PEEK valve plate composite material is a CaCO3 whisker/PEEK/PTFE composite material for gas compressor valve plates. The preparation method of the composite material is characterized in that the PEEK material is reinforced by compounding and filling calcium carbonate whiskers and polytetrafluoroethylene, the abrasion resistance of the PEEK composite material is improved by utilizing the polytetrafluoroethylene, further the CaCO3 whisker/PEEK/PTFE composite material is subjected to blending extrusion through a double-screw extrusion machine, and dragging, cooling and granulation are performed to obtain the modified PEEK valve plate composite material having high size stability and excellent abrasion resistance. In the field of the gas compressor valve plates, compared with traditional metal materials, the PEEK valve plate composite material having high size stability and excellent abrasion resistance has high rigidity and high toughness, meanwhile has higher size stability, abrasion resistance and fatigue resistance and further has the advantages of being capable of improving the efficiency of a compressor and reducing noise.
