| Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a defatted crab shell antioxidative polypeptide. Particularly, crab shell offals are used as a raw material, an enzymatic hydrolysate is prepared through defatting as well as neutral protease and papayotin enzymolysis, and the enzymatic hydrolysate is subjected to ultrafiltration, macroporous resin purification, anion exchange resin chromatography, gel column chromatography and reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography separation and purification, so as to obtain the antioxidative polypeptide Ile-Trp-Met-Glu-Cys-Asn-Trp, wherein the ESI/MS detection molecular weight is 979.15 Da. The prepared antioxidative polypeptide has an excellent scavenging effect on DPPH free radicals, hydroxyl radicals and superoxide anion free radicals; meanwhile Ile-Trp-Met-Glu-Cys-Asn-Trp also shows the excellent lipid peroxidation inhibiting effect. |
