Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a platinum compound with near-infrared absorbent photodynamics activity, and a preparation method and application thereof. The structure of the platinum compound has a large conjugated system, and absorption and transmission are high in a near-infrared region. Cis-platinum molecule fragments and molecule fragments of 4-difluoro-4-borata-3a-azonia-4a-aza-s-indacene dyestuff are combined, and a monomolecular structure with a double treatment effect is established, namely, chemical treatment in single molecules and photodynamics treatment in a near-infrared region. According to a spectrum means, singlet oxygen generation efficiency of molecules of the 4-difluoro-4-borata-3a-azonia-4a-aza-s-indacene dyestuff under the condition of near-infrared light exposure is obviously improved by introduction of the cis-platinum molecule fragments, and the photodynamics treatment effect of the cis-platinum molecule fragments is verified in terms of cell and animal level. In addition, by combination of photodynamics treatment and platinum chemical treatment in the single molecules, tumor cell lethal dosage is greatly reduced, and shortcomings of traditional high-dosage platinum medicine treatment are overcome effectively.
